2. Payment Policy

· Cash on Delivery (COD), where available
Online payments are recommended for faster order processing.
Ellie Gray shall not be responsible for payment failures or transaction declines caused by banks, payment gateways, insufficient balance, or other third-party payment issues.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
· COD may be available for selected locations.
· Additional non-refundable COD handling charges may apply.
· Repeated order cancellations or refusal of COD deliveries may result in the removal of COD eligibility for future orders.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 Weeks, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page.
We partner with leading courier services including, but not limited to:
· Blue Dart
· Delhivery
· XpressBees
· DTDC
Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, the responsibility for transit shifts to the shipping provider. Ellie Gray shall not be liable for delays caused by:
· Weather conditions
· Natural disasters
· Public holidays
· Transport disruptions
· Government restrictions
· Strikes or other unforeseen circumstances
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at info@elliegray.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Refund Policy
Refund requests are accepted only for eligible cancelled orders made within 12 hours of purchase.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If an order has already been shipped:
· The order is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
· Any applicable shipping or processing charges may be deducted where permitted.
6. Returns & Damaged Products
We strive to deliver products in perfect condition.
Returns or replacement requests will only be accepted if:
· You receive the wrong product.
· The product is damaged during transit.
· The product is defective.
· Items are missing from your package.
To process any claim, customers must provide:
· A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video beginning before opening the package.
· Photographs showing the issue (if requested).
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
7. Product Information
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations in:

· Fabric texture
· Finish
· Print placement
may occur due to lighting conditions, photography, screen settings, or manufacturing variations. Such differences shall not be considered defects.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ellie Gray shall not be liable for:
· Delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.
· Loss or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.
· Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability shall never exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.
