REFUND POLICY
A nominal reverse shipping and handling fee of ₹99 will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved returns.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued after the returned product has been received and successfully passed our quality inspection process.

Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be issued through one of the following methods:

• Store Credit issued to the customer’s Ellie Gray account; or

• Direct bank transfer upon submission of valid bank account details.

Customers choosing a bank transfer must provide accurate banking information. Ellie Gray shall not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect account details.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

• Shipping fees

• COD fees

• Convenience charges

• Payment gateway charges (if applicable)

unless the return is due to an error on the part of Ellie Gray.
