CANCELLATION POLICY

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.

After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Cancellation Refunds

Approved cancellations for prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer upon submission of valid bank details.
